We are the Clean Keto Academy where we coach people to transition successfully to a ketogenic lifestyle. Our team, as well as founder, Mandy Stans, works one-on-one with clients in order to customize programming to suit each person’s unique needs. We are not a meal plan based program, instead we teach our clients how to eat, what to eat and how to meal plan and meal prep in order to make the keto life sustainable long-term. We believe in the importance of being able to maintain lifestyle changes and to move away from a “dieting” mentality. It is our ultimate goal for our clients to no longer need us!
WHAT IS CLEAN KETO?
Well, a ketogenic lifestyle, as you may already know, is a style of eating that focuses on the following macronutrient breakdown: high fats, moderate proteins and low carbohydrates.
A “clean” ketogenic lifestyle emphasizes the importance of obtaining nutrients and fuel via clean, whole food options more often than not. Primarily, we choose to fuel our bodies with nutrient-dense food options such as lean proteins, vegetables, and healthy fats. While we are realists, and know that sometimes convenience foods are a necessity, we ensure that our clients develop the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the world full of these types of choices.
